About Sandstorm at Mt Gravatt
Sandstorm Mt Gravatt is a $1.8M joint venture between the Queensland Government and Sandstorm Sports. The largest of it’s kind in the southern hemisphere, it boasts 8 beach volleyball courts fully configurable to 4 World Tour/Olympic sized arenas that can be also be used for a plethora of different beach sports such as netball, touch, soccer and cricket.Sandstorm at Mt Gravatt:
- Uses the finest quality, white beach sand.
- Level the sand for playing surface weekly.
- Have the highest quality nets and pole equipment.
- Replace new beach volleyballs 3 times a year.
